How to Claim the Warranty

    Please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@weetall.com. Include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name and serial number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos or videos (if applicable)

  2. Evaluation
    Once we receive your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue. If the problem is covered by our warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the item or replacing it.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to repair or replace the product, at our discretion.

  • The warranty does not cover shipping costs for returning the product.
