Estimated Delivery
We currently only ship to the US. Orders are processed and shipped in the sequence they are received from our fulfillment centers. All orders are shipped within 2-7 working days unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error.
We never ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation.
Our orders usually ship from our warehouse located in America via USPS. However, during periods of significant backorders, shipments may originate from our manufacturing facilities. When shipped, orders will take 2-3 days to update the tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at service@weetall.com.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is provided for all orders placed each time.
Products that need to be exchanged within the warranty period also qualify for free shipping.
Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
- This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- As soon as we receive your order we automatically send the order to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Delivery Failure
If the courier cannot deliver your package due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer at the time of placing the order, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred to arrange for re-delivery of the package.
If a package is marked as an unsuccessful delivery and returned to us for any of the following reasons, Kindeep will not be liable to issue a refund for the cost of the order:
i) due to the recipient not being present to accept the package(s) at the time of delivery;
ii) due to an insufficient delivery address being given by the customer at the time of placing the order, and which cannot be delivered to by the courier;
iii) due to the recipient not adhering to courier notices to pick up the package(s) from a local depot or post office within the advised time frame, after notice has been given that the package is being held there.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
